Terms of Use

Keelbase is a web-based workspace for boat maintenance, crew tasks, component records, service history and related operational notes. The service is provided for operational planning and record keeping. It does not replace professional inspection, safety procedures, class requirements or legal obligations for vessel operation.

Users must provide accurate account information and keep login details secure. Access may be limited by boat, crew role or administrator permissions. A boat administrator may invite, remove or change crew access when needed.

Customers and authorized users remain responsible for the maintenance records, task details, service notes, shopping requests and other data they enter. Do not upload information you are not allowed to share in the workspace.

Users may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the hosting infrastructure, upload unlawful content, or use Keelbase in a way that interferes with other customers or crew members.

Keelbase may be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, network disruption or emergency fixes. Commercial service levels, support response times and data export commitments should be defined in a separate agreement before paid launch.

Pricing, billing periods, taxes, cancellation rights and refund rules must be added here before selling paid plans. Do not launch paid subscriptions until these terms match the final commercial offer.

Keelbase helps organize maintenance information, but vessel owners, operators and crew remain responsible for safety decisions, repairs, inspections and compliance. Liability limits must be reviewed with a qualified lawyer before commercial launch.

These terms may be updated when features, pricing, providers or legal requirements change. Material commercial changes should be communicated to affected customers before they take effect.
